Account Representative – Uber Eats SMB

About the role

Sales at Uber means navigating ambiguity, earning trust fast, and solving problems without a script. As an Account Representative for Uber Eats, you will introduce restaurant partners to the platform and help them grow in a competitive landscape, building long‑term partnerships in a fast‑changing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and cold calling to pitching, contract negotiation, and closing deals that drive business growth.
• Leverage local market knowledge to identify and onboard top restaurants in strategic areas, ensuring a diverse selection for users.
• Communicate Uber Eats’ value and product features clearly, removing entry barriers and helping partners achieve their business goals.
• Collaborate with operations and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition for new partners and measurable success within the first month.
• Own partner performance during the first 28 days, providing consultative support to secure strong starts and long‑term retention.
• Identify and redesign inefficient internal processes to enable rapid, large‑scale execution despite shifting priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a quota‑carrying sales role.
• Proven experience negotiating contracts and managing a complex sales pipeline.
• Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and present tailored solutions.
• Proficiency with CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage sales activities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
