Accounting Analyst – LATAM (GL & Invoicing)

About the role

Astec Industries is looking for an Accounting Analyst to support its finance operations across Latin America. Based in Renca, Santiago, you will handle general ledger activities, invoicing, and master‑data management while ensuring accurate reporting and audit readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze general ledger entries.
• Perform account and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Create and update customer, vendor, and employee master data.
• Support accounts receivable processes and issue sales invoices.
• Assist with internal and external audit activities.
• Prepare financial reports and analytical dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliations.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Availability to work onsite in Renca, Santiago.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems – Epicor and Oracle (preferred).
