Affiliate Account Manager – iGaming (Chile)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Affiliate Account Manager to lead our iGaming affiliate programme in the Chilean market. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with affiliate partners, analysing performance data and driving growth across the network while collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key Chilean affiliate networks and partners.
• Monitor traffic and revenue trends, analyse performance and produce forecasts aligned with budget.
• Identify top‑performing affiliates, create incentive programmes and manage under‑performing partners to improve results.
• Design monthly promotions and communications for affiliates.
• Work with internal teams to optimise landing pages and marketing campaigns.
• Lead affiliate recruitment and develop marketing campaigns for the programme.
• Collaborate with the LATAM Marketing team on go‑to‑market strategies, including expansion into Brazil.

Required profile

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships or commercial roles, preferably within the Chilean market.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Sales‑oriented, proactive attitude towards achieving growth targets.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing or iGaming is a plus.
