Agentic Product Designer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

FullStackFullStack is seeking an Agentic Product Designer to join client teams remotely across Latin America. You will work side‑by‑side with designers, engineers, product managers and AI/ML specialists to create AI‑native experiences and high‑impact product solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client product teams and collaborate daily with designers and engineers.
• Lead end‑to‑end design initiatives from discovery and research through high‑fidelity prototypes and implementation.
• Design workflows powered by AI assistants, copilots, automation systems, or LLM‑based experiences.
• Build, scale, and maintain reusable design systems and component‑based UI frameworks.
• Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous integration and delivery of design assets.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional product, UI/UX, or related design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Proven ability to take extreme ownership and deliver high‑quality work remotely.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (complex prototyping, auto‑layout, component libraries, design systems, variables, developer handoff).
• Hands‑on experience with Cursor (Cloud Cursor) or similar AI‑assisted design environments.
• Strong understanding of agentic UX principles, AI‑native product patterns, and human‑AI interaction design.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and usability best practices.
• Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with product managers, engineers, researchers, and AI/ML teams.
