Agentic Product Designer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

FullStackFullStack is seeking an Agentic Product Designer to join client teams remotely across Latin America. You will work side‑by‑side with existing designers and engineers, shaping AI‑native experiences from discovery through high‑fidelity implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate into client product teams and collaborate daily with designers, engineers, product managers, researchers, and AI/ML specialists.
• Lead end‑to‑end product design initiatives, from research and discovery to prototyping, visual design, and handoff.
• Build, scale, and maintain reusable design systems and component‑based UI frameworks.
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools such as Cursor (or similar) to accelerate design, iteration, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Identify and resolve complex design challenges, contributing to shared libraries and ensuring continuous delivery of design assets.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional product, UI/UX, or related design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Strong ownership mindset, positive attitude, and ability to work 40 hours per week remotely.
• Experience in agile/scrum environments and on large, complex systems.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (complex prototyping, auto‑layout, component libraries, design systems, variables, developer handoff).
• Hands‑on experience with Cursor (Cloud Cursor) or comparable AI‑assisted design environments.
• Deep understanding of agentic UX principles, AI‑native product patterns, and human‑AI interaction design.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and usability best practices.
