AI Evaluation Specialist for Small Business Scenarios

About the role

Gramian Consultancy is launching a 10‑week AI evaluation project that needs Spanish‑speaking professionals who have hands‑on experience running or supporting small businesses such as bakeries, salons, or online stores. You will help us understand how current AI systems perform in realistic SMB scenarios by creating prompts, interacting with chatbots, and rating the outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Design realistic business prompts covering customer communication, operations, finance, marketing and market research.
• Interact with multiple AI chatbots, submit the conversations and collect the generated text and visual content.
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, clarity, usefulness and relevance to the business context.
• Review AI‑produced documents, spreadsheets, PDFs, images and other business artefacts.
• Provide structured comparative feedback, scoring and detailed evaluation reports.
• Upload supporting business documents (marketing visuals, CRM workflows, budget plans, market analyses) to enrich the prompts.

Required profile

• Fluent Spanish with strong written English.
• Practical experience operating or supporting a small‑business (e.g., bakery, salon, e‑commerce, service provider).
• Familiarity with typical SMB workflows, customer interactions and basic financial planning.
• Ability to work 20‑40 hours per week with at least 4 hours overlap in Pacific Standard Time.
