AI Trainer – Finance Specialist (Fund Manager)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance teams. You will review AI responses on macro‑economic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets, ensuring they are logical, accurate, and useful.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers to finance‑related questions.
• Validate the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance expertise.
• Challenge models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to enhance each model version.
• Evaluate AI‑generated content for correctness and performance.

Required profile

• Experienced finance professional with an MBA or equivalent real‑world experience.
• Fluent in English at a bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable working independently.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD preferred but not mandatory.
