AI Trainer – Finance Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to work as an independent contractor, training and evaluating AI Assistant models that support finance teams. You will use your expertise in macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets to improve the reasoning and accuracy of AI chatbots.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI Assistant answers on topics such as macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Test models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases to assess reasoning.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to help each model iteration become smarter and more reliable.
• Measure progress of AI chatbots and evaluate their logic and performance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s or PhD preferred but not required.
