Analista de Contabilidad I

About the role

We are looking for an organized, analytical, and detail‑oriented Accounting Analyst I to join our team in Santiago de los Caballeros. The role goes beyond simple transaction entry; it requires solid accounting judgment, the ability to spot inconsistencies, and a proactive approach to resolving them.

Key responsibilities

• Daily recording of purchases, expenses, payments, collections, and bank movements.
• Review of invoices, NCF, RNC, ITBIS, and supporting documentation.
• Application and control of supplier payments.
• Monitoring accounts payable and supplier account reconciliations.
• Bank reconciliations and identification of accounting differences.
• Organization and digitization of documents.
• Preparation of information for month‑end closings.
• Follow‑up on pending documents and operations.
• Support for accounting and tax processes.

Required profile

• Student or graduate in Accounting.
• Previous experience in accounting positions.
• Strong organizational, responsible, and proactive attitude.
• Ability to meet deadlines and investigate errors before posting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with accounting software.
