Architect, Microsoft 365 Copilot

About the role

EPAM is looking for a senior Architect to lead the strategy, governance and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot across a mature M365 environment. You will define the roadmap, ensure data readiness, and drive measurable ROI for both corporate and frontline teams.

Key responsibilities

• Set and evolve the strategic roadmap for Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption.
• Conduct readiness assessments to verify data and governance foundations.
• Lead capability building, change management and adoption initiatives for AI‑powered productivity tools.
• Align corporate and frontline teams around shared Copilot objectives.
• Define measurement frameworks to monitor adoption and quantify business value.
• Partner with technology architecture and business transformation stakeholders to coordinate delivery.
• Oversee governance, security and compliance aspects of Copilot deployment.
• Advise on licensing choices and roadmap planning.

Required profile

• 7+ years of enterprise‑scale Microsoft 365 architecture experience.
• Proven ability to manage governance, security and compliance in large tenants.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency (B2) or higher.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Graph, Semantic Index and Copilot data flow.
