About the role
The IT Assistant will provide technical support to students and staff, ensuring that school technology operates smoothly and efficiently. This position plays a key role in maintaining and updating equipment, as well as supporting the integration of educational technology tools.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues for students and personnel.
- Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot school hardware and software.
- Assist in the implementation of educational technology tools.
- Provide training and ongoing assistance to end‑users.
Required profile
- Experience in IT support, preferably within an educational environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Required skills
- Strong technical knowledge for troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with educational technology tools and systems.
