Associate Consultant – Launch Program 2027 (Santiago)

About the role

Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services (ACS) team is looking for an Associate Consultant to join its 2027 Launch Program in Santiago. You will work in small, cross‑functional teams to help leading brands solve strategic and data‑driven challenges across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define, design and implement solutions for complex business problems.
• Take ownership of deliverables, manage timelines and build strong external relationships.
• Support Strategy & Transformation projects, guiding clients through operational, product and innovation initiatives.
• Conduct Performance Analytics using Business Intelligence platforms, SQL and Python to generate actionable insights.
• Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, typically 8‑16 weeks each.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong analytical mindset.
• Passionate about consulting and eager to work with Fortune‑500 clients.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
