Associate – COO Business Support

About the role

The Associate – COO Business Support will serve as the central point of contact for senior leadership activities across Bank of America’s Latin American operations. This role ensures smooth coordination of governance forums, financial control, personnel processes, and communication initiatives to support the COO’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead coordination and governance of management forums and leadership committees for Chile, Colombia, Argentina, and Peru, including agenda setting, material preparation, attendee management, and action‑item tracking.
• Partner with senior leadership to develop presentations and executive updates for regional and global stakeholders such as the Country Leadership Team and President of Latin America.
• Maintain accurate organizational structures, reporting lines, and charts in line with business and regulatory requirements.
• Support leadership with workforce planning, headcount reporting, and organizational changes.
• Oversee financial control, budgeting, consolidation, audit/compliance, and business continuity activities.
• Facilitate associate training, service quality initiatives, and process‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in administrative coordination or business support for senior executives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact across multiple business partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of preparing high‑quality presentations and executive updates.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and planning abilities.
