BESS Project Manager – Energy Storage Projects

About the role

We are seeking a BESS Project Manager to lead battery energy storage system projects in Chile from Ready to Build through Financial Close and Commercial Operation Date. You will combine technical construction expertise with commercial insight to deliver robust, compliant, and cost‑effective projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate technical inputs across grid, civil and construction workstreams and act as the main client liaison.
• Lead planning, scheduling and resource allocation for EPC projects, ensuring compliance with contracts and technical specifications.
• Manage project schedules, budgets and risk mitigation to meet milestones and connection reform requirements.
• Oversee contract administration, change orders and claims under FIDIC or similar frameworks.
• Ensure HSE, ESG and local regulatory compliance, and monitor subcontractor performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale EPC projects in the energy storage sector.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and grid connection regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors and internal teams.
• Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.
