About the role

Ualett is looking for a bilingual Account Management Specialist to join its fast‑growing team in Santiago. You will be the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring proactive support, problem resolution, and a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and maintain strong relationships.
• Provide proactive support, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
