About the role
We are seeking a bilingual content editor to help train AI chatbots in both Spanish and English. The role involves creating and reviewing conversational scripts, measuring chatbot performance, and ensuring linguistic quality across all interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Design and write novel conversations for AI chatbots in Spanish and English.
- Assign writing and editing tasks to chatbots and evaluate their outputs.
- Assess the correctness, style, and overall performance of AI‑generated content.
- Provide feedback to improve model accuracy and language fluency.
Required profile
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
