Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish/English) – Remote

About the role

Join our TalentPop team as a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, providing voice and chat support in Spanish and English. You will be the friendly voice and helpful presence that our customers rely on, delivering fast, personalized assistance while working fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, live chat, and email inquiries, delivering exceptional support.
• Troubleshoot customer issues efficiently and provide quick resolutions.
• Personalize interactions to understand and meet each customer’s needs.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Provide feedback to refine processes and service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify (or similar tools).
• Personal computer with at least an i5 processor.
• Stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps upload/download).
