Brand Marketing Coordinator – Chile

About the role

Milwaukee Tool is looking for a results‑driven Brand Marketing Coordinator to lead trade‑marketing initiatives across Latin America, with a focus on Chile. You will support retail excellence by developing and executing merchandising programs, point‑of‑purchase materials, promotional flyers and other customer‑facing marketing assets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate trade‑marketing initiatives that support product launches, promotions and channel growth strategies.
• Develop and deploy merchandising solutions, signage, displays, retail fixtures and in‑store branding.
• Create and distribute promotional flyers, sales collateral, customer presentations and retail support materials.
• Partner with Brand, Product and Channel Marketing, as well as Sales and Distribution partners, to ensure alignment on priorities and execution plans.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, asset approvals and deployment schedules.
• Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, printers and production partners.
• Gather market feedback, competitive information and field intelligence to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain organized marketing assets, ensuring they are current, localized when required and brand‑compliant.
• Support trade shows, customer events, training sessions and distributor marketing activities.
• Track project performance, execution quality and adoption of merchandising initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 0‑3 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, merchandising, sales support or retail marketing.
• Conversational English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated critical‑thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
• High level of initiative and ownership.
