Business Development Manager (New Ventures)

About the role

The company is looking for a Business Development Manager (New Ventures) to identify, structure, evaluate and execute external business opportunities such as contract manufacturing, distribution, export and services, turning them into profitable and sustainable projects. The role covers the full cycle, from building the opportunity pipeline through implementation and operational integration. It is an on-site position in Santiago, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the opportunity pipeline
• Develop business cases (ROI, costs and risks)
• Assess available operational capacity
• Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate due diligence
• Design the legal and operational framework for projects
• Manage project implementation from start to finish
• Monitor results and performance metrics

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or a related field; a Master's in Business, Finance or Strategy is desirable
• 7 to 10 years of total experience, including 3 to 5 years in business development, commercial expansion or strategic projects
• Experience evaluating projects financially (ROI, margins, investment)
• Preferred: experience in multinational companies, FMCG, or industrial/manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of export and distribution processes
• Advanced English (oral and written); availability to travel locally and internationally
