Business Development Manager – Telecom Carrier & Connectivity

About the role

We are seeking a senior Business Development Manager to launch and grow our telecom carrier and connectivity business in Chile. You will build a client portfolio from scratch, engage directly with global stakeholders, and position a major international telecom player in the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business within the carrier and wholesale segment, targeting ISPs, carriers, OTTs, and hyperscalers.
• Create and manage a commercial pipeline from zero, driving revenue growth.
• Promote solutions such as IP Transit, Dedicated Internet Access, MPLS/VPN, International connectivity (IPLC/IEPL), and Cloud Connect/Data Center services.
• Participate in RFP/RFQ processes and lead strategic negotiations.
• Collaborate closely with regional and global technical teams to ensure solution alignment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B telecom sales, preferably at a senior level.
• Deep understanding of the Chilean carrier ecosystem and an established industry network.
• Advanced English proficiency for daily interaction with international teams and clients.
• Highly autonomous, results‑driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
