Business Intelligence Analyst – Remote

About the role

INDI is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders. Working remotely, you will design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards that support data‑driven decision making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to gather reporting requirements and define data sources.
• Extract, cleanse, and shape data, creating Tableau datasets, reports, and dashboards.
• Deploy and manage Tableau content, ensuring proper licensing, security, and performance.
• Present visualizations to stakeholders, collect feedback, and iterate on solutions.
• Maintain SQL Server stored procedures, queries, and documentation of the BI environment.
• Provide technical training and support to end‑users.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience developing BI dashboards and reports.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with Tableau administration and deployment.
• Strong understanding of relational data modeling concepts.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a disciplined approach to implementation and documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Tableau (dataset creation, dashboard design, administration)

• ETL tools such as SSIS or Python (preferred)
• Data cleansing and transformation techniques
