Campaigns Lead

About the role

Sinergia Animal is seeking a Campaigns Lead to design and execute short‑ and long‑term campaigns that persuade companies to adopt hen‑welfare policies across Chile and Peru. The role reports to the Program Senior Lead Latam and works closely with remote teams and partner NGOs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic campaign plans targeting corporate supply chains to improve hen welfare.
• Design and run both online and offline actions, including peaceful street demonstrations.
• Travel within Chile and Peru to meet contacts, organise events and build local alliances.
• Coordinate with international and grassroots NGOs to strengthen campaign impact.
• Represent Sinergia Animal at public events and within the animal‑protection community.
• Deliver any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or LATAM director.

Required profile

• Latin American citizen residing in Chile or Peru (relocation to the capital is acceptable).
• Bachelor’s degree in Publicity, Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
• Strong research ability and proven capacity to work independently and with remote teams.
• Excellent time‑management, deadline orientation and multitasking skills.
• Commitment to the organization’s mission, non‑violent direct action and animal‑rights advocacy.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
