Clinical Research Associate II – Multi‑Sponsor (Remote, Chile)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Research Associate II to support multi‑sponsor studies on a remote basis in Chile. The CRA II will manage site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close‑out activities while ensuring compliance with ICH‑GCP, regulatory requirements and study protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close‑out visits remotely or on‑site.
• Review source documents, verify data entry in CRFs, and resolve queries within agreed timelines.
• Manage investigational product inventory, reconciliation, and compliance with storage and dispensing requirements.
• Document activities through trip reports, communication logs, and other required project documents.
• Support subject recruitment, retention, and awareness strategies and act as liaison with site personnel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to adopt new technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time if required.
