Clinical Trial Coordinator

About the role

Join a global team that supports leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies across more than 100 countries. As a Clinical Trial Coordinator you will provide essential administrative and technical support to project teams, ensuring audit readiness and smooth site activation for clinical studies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete assigned trial activities according to the task matrix and SOPs.
• Perform internal, country and investigator file reviews, documenting findings in the appropriate systems.
• Maintain and update system databases such as Activate and eTMF, ensuring they are current.
• Process documents for the client eTMF, conduct eTMF reviews, and distribute mass communications.
• Assist with the compilation and distribution of Investigator Site Files, pharmacy binders, and study‑specific translation materials.
• Support feasibility visits (Asia‑Pac region) and schedule client/internal meetings as needed.
• Analyze study metrics, reconcile findings reports, and help resolve site documentation issues.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within defined timelines and budgets.
• Proactive communication of risks to project leads.
• Understanding of SOPs, client directives, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Willingness to act as a buddy for onboarding new staff and provide training when required.
