Commercial Business Analyst – Web & Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Business Analyst – Web & Marketing to turn customer, web and sales data into actionable insights that drive commercial performance and enhance the digital customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consumer and market research to uncover behavioral patterns, customer needs and emerging trends.
• Perform 360° analysis of customer, web and sales data to generate insights for commercial teams.
• Analyze full‑funnel digital performance across website and app, including traffic, behavior, product performance, conversion and sales outcomes.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness, conversion attribution and ROAS in partnership with media teams.
• Provide recommendations on assortment, pricing and product performance based on data analysis.
• Monitor customer feedback across touchpoints and identify opportunities to improve experience.
• Plan, execute and assess A/B and multivariate tests to optimise conversion and email performance.
• Conduct segmentation, cohort and behavioural analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure accurate digital data collection through tagging, tracking implementation and SEO analytics.
• Act as an expert SQL user, extracting data and supporting team up‑skilling.
• Generate recurring reports, dashboards and actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with digital, e‑commerce, commercial and marketing teams to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science or a related field.
