Commercial Contract Specialist – Energy Storage (Chile)

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Contract Specialist to support CATL’s energy storage projects in Chile. The role focuses on reviewing and negotiating sales contracts, managing commercial risks and ensuring smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Review and negotiate sales contracts in line with company policies, supporting front‑line sales during bidding for new energy storage projects.
• Manage contract performance by coordinating with internal teams and external clients, tracking commercial risks throughout project execution.
• Monitor overseas energy‑storage regulations, provide updates on policy changes and propose mitigation measures.
• Lead special commercial projects, especially those involving innovative business models for the international market.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, International Business or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages such as Chinese, Portuguese or French are a plus.
• 2–3 years of experience in photovoltaic, energy‑storage or manufacturing sectors, with knowledge of finance, tax and international trade.
• Experience in overseas project commercial management and international contract negotiation.
• Strong analytical mindset, risk awareness and ability to work under pressure.
