Construction Site Manager II

About the role

Fluor is seeking a Construction Site Manager II to lead small‑scale engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction (EPFC) projects or maintenance efforts. The role oversees all field construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, schedules and cost estimates while fostering a safe and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct all construction activities on assigned project sites, including office and field teams.
• Manage project execution in line with prime contract requirements, company policies and procedures.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross‑functional alignment across departments, locations and project phases.
• Ensure strict adherence to Fluor’s Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental and Sustainability programs.
• Lead and develop staff to meet or exceed project objectives.

Required profile

• Accredited four‑year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (16 years) or 20 years non‑degree experience.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with management, clients, vendors, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of small‑scale EPFC or maintenance project complexities.
