Consulting Manager – Procurement Transformation

About the role

GEP is seeking a Consulting Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex procurement transformation programmes in Santiago, Chile. The role combines project ownership, executive client management and people leadership within a fast‑growing global procurement solutions firm.

Key responsibilities

• Own full delivery accountability for one or more concurrent procurement transformation programmes, defining scope, governing workstreams and ensuring on‑time, on‑budget results.
• Manage executive relationships with C‑suite and VP‑level stakeholders, leading steering committees, briefings and issue resolution.
• Directly supervise and coach a team of 1‑3 senior consultants, setting performance expectations and fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Drive commercial growth by identifying expansion opportunities, leading proposal development, negotiating scope and fees, and supporting contract renewals.
• Define and enforce project governance standards across the Chile practice, reviewing and signing off key deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a consulting manager or senior consultant role.
• Native Spanish speaker with C1‑level English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel up to 40 % domestically and across Latin America.
• Experience managing small teams (1‑3 consultants) and delivering measurable client outcomes.
