About the role

The B2B Business Consultant will be responsible for driving sales performance across a designated zone while also providing comprehensive administrative support to the internal communication and wellbeing teams. The role combines client relationship management, negotiation, and a wide range of office‑operations tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales zone metrics such as volume, operating expenses, unit margins and profitability per account and region.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential B2B customers, using negotiation skills to achieve zone targets.
• Provide administrative assistance to the Internal Communication and Wellbeing Coordinator, including activity organization and HR document handling.
• Conduct wellbeing visits with the HR team to assess common areas, identify improvement opportunities and coordinate actions.
• Ensure twice‑daily mail delivery, receive and log visitors, suppliers and deliveries, and maintain a professional front‑desk service.
• Handle incoming phone calls, route information appropriately and support reception tasks.
• Process out‑of‑schedule payments for the HR department and create supplier records in the designated system.
• Generate purchase orders and manage supplier payment requests for General Services and HR, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain monthly reports of received invoices, internal activity expenses and credit‑card reimbursements.
• Oversee consumable supplies for kitchens and bathrooms and potable water provision across the Acrópolis, Marti, Unitotal and Santiago sites.
• Update monthly product‑price‑supplier control documents for general supplies.
• Perform monthly site visits to verify facility functionality and address any needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar commercial or administrative role.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
