Country Product Manager – Sales Leader (Chile)

About the role

REF Language Abroad is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial, and sales‑driven Country Product Manager to lead its educational programs in Chile. You will own the product portfolio, drive growth, and shape the future of education for students in Santiago.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to increase sales and market share through telemarketing and personal consultations.
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage the performance of sales representatives.
• Set and achieve short‑ and long‑term sales targets, surpassing previous year’s results.
• Design and execute online and offline campaigns, including student fairs and competitions.
• Develop partnerships with companies, schools, and universities.
• Oversee creation of marketing materials and manage program budget, pricing, and discount policies.
• Handle customer relationship management, retention programs, and crisis situations.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in reputable, preferably international, service‑oriented or FMCG companies.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with a hands‑on approach.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities to drive business growth.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
