Customer Excellence Specialist

About the role

As a Customer Excellence Specialist you will be the essential link between ICEYE’s synthetic‑aperture‑radar (SAR) satellite capabilities and customers across the LATAM region. You will ensure that every order, from submission to final delivery, runs smoothly and that each customer interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full order lifecycle, from submission through delivery of SAR imagery.
• Prepare feasibility studies to verify that satellite imagery meets customer requirements.
• Plan satellite resources and perform SAR image quality control.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, acting as the primary interface between clients and ICEYE.
• Collaborate with satellite operators, sales, analytics and product teams to address project issues.
• Contribute to process and documentation improvements and report key performance metrics.
• Maintain deep knowledge of ICEYE’s products, services and support offerings.
• Serve as point of contact for governmental and commercial contracts, conducting feasibility studies and communicating results.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and coordinate service training for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and ability to manage end‑to‑end customer orders.
• Experience with satellite imagery, especially SAR, and feasibility analysis.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with technical and commercial teams.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a track record of resolving issues efficiently.
