Customer Lifecycle Automation Manager

About the role

CXT Software is looking for a Customer Lifecycle Automation Manager to design, build, and operate automated customer engagement programs. You will focus on Tier 3‑4 customers, creating data‑driven journeys that reduce manual effort while driving retention and expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement lifecycle automation programs for onboarding, adoption, renewal, and churn risk.
• Build automated workflows triggered by customer behavior, product usage, and CRM data.
• Create and maintain customer health scoring frameworks using product, CRM, and support data.
• Define trigger‑based signals for churn risk, expansion opportunities, and adoption gaps.
• Own the engagement model for low‑ARR customers through automation, reducing manual outreach.
• Develop self‑service content such as training, onboarding, adoption campaigns, and renewal reminders.
• Manage lifecycle automation within HubSpot and ensure the CRM remains the system of record.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to integrate usage data into automation programs.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Support, and Services to align automation with overall account strategy.
• Track and report on adoption rates, retention, churn trends, and net revenue retention for Tier 3‑4 customers.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work in ambiguous environments.
• Experience designing and scaling automated customer journeys.
• Comfortable collaborating cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and account teams.
