Customer Logistics Manager

About the role

Airbus Helicopters Chile is seeking a Customer Logistics Manager to ensure timely delivery of products and services to its regional client portfolio. The role is based on site at the La Reina facility and plays a pivotal part in supporting the company’s 500‑aircraft backlog and long‑term growth in Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee the supply of spare parts and repair services in accordance with customer requests.
• Act as the primary point of contact for material‑management issues with customers.
• Escalate any material‑management irritants to relevant focal points.
• Prepare accurate sales quotations for spare parts and repair services.
• Maintain physical and financial documentation workflows.
• Manage warranty claims and ensure proper resolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the aeronautical or aerospace industry.
• Degree in Logistics, Foreign Trade or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (both will be tested).
• Strong understanding of financial and logistics flows, customer service, and teamwork.
