Customer Onboarding Specialist

About the role

Front is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join its Success Services Team. You will act as the product expert for customers, guiding them through onboarding, expansion, and workflow optimization to ensure rapid time‑to‑value.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee implementation engagements, including net‑new onboardings, expansion projects, and workflow optimization.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines and lead customer project teams to meet milestones.
• Facilitate regular updates for internal and external stakeholders, identify risks, and resolve implementation issues.
• Lead change‑management initiatives, addressing resistance and ensuring smooth transitions.
• Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and documentation to educate customers on optimal workflow usage.
• Manage cut‑over and migration activities, guiding customers from legacy systems to Front with minimal disruption.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing customer implementations or onboarding projects in a SaaS environment.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Support.
• Excellent communication skills to convey project status and guide customers through change.
• Focus on delivering measurable outcomes and accelerating customer time‑to‑value.
