About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Agent who enjoys interacting with people and solving problems proactively. The role involves being the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive accurate information and a positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide knowledgeable answers about product details, pricing, and availability.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
- Perform data entry across various platforms.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
- Availability to work on‑site.
- Advanced level of English is mandatory.
