Customer Support Consultant – Fluent English (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a Customer Support Consultant who will provide high‑quality assistance to clients across Latin America. You will work remotely, handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email while representing a global leader in Intelligent Support‑as‑a‑Service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support through phone calls, live chat, and email.
• Diagnose and resolve technical and account‑related issues efficiently.
• Manage the full lifecycle of escalated tickets, from assessment to resolution and follow‑up.
• Document troubleshooting steps and outcomes accurately in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely escalation of complex problems.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level) in both speaking and writing.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or support.
• Strong ability to learn new tools, technologies, and processes quickly.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and analytical skills.
• Proactive, responsible attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection (≥50 Mbps download, ≥40 Mbps upload).
