Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Lead

About the role

Statkraft is seeking a Cybersecurity, Telecom & Infrastructure Lead to design, deploy and operate secure IT/OT infrastructure across its global operations. The role combines deep technical expertise with a security‑first mindset, overseeing servers, networks, cloud services and security technologies while leading a team of Infrastructure Specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the infrastructure team, ensuring continuous training and high‑quality service delivery.
• Define and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures and contingency plans for infrastructure and operational continuity.
• Detect, investigate and coordinate response to security incidents in collaboration with the global CSIRT.
• Manage servers, virtual environments, networks, VPN, firewalls, Wi‑Fi and ensure SLA‑driven uptime.
• Drive technical projects as Project Manager and support 24x7 rotation for critical services.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading technical teams.
• At least 3 years in cybersecurity and information security.
• 3 years designing, implementing and operating IT infrastructure (Windows, Unix, databases, networking).
• Relevant certification (CEH, eJPT, SSCP, CPENT or Security+).
• University degree in Engineering or related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Security devices: NGFW, VPN, IPSEC, SD‑WAN, Proxy, LDAP, IDS/IPS, SIEM, EDR.
• SOAR platforms, threat hunting, NAC, Zero‑Trust architectures, security patch management.
• OT and industrial control system environments.
• Advanced TCP/IP networking, AD, DNS, Windows Server, VMware.
• Cloud security concepts, preferably Azure.
