Cycle Count Specialist

About the role

The Cycle Count Specialist is responsible for daily material reconciliation to ensure accurate physical inventory at the plant. The role supports scheduled ABC and COGI cycle counts, manages excess and obsolete material, and assists with the annual physical inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Execute scheduled cycle counts by ABC and COGI classifications.
• Collect and move excess or obsolete material to the scrap area.
• Participate in the coordination of the annual physical inventory.
• Audit sensitive materials in production areas.
• Follow ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16946, CTPAT, OEA and other company management system procedures.
• Maintain safety, 5S/MESH standards and use required personal protective equipment.

Required profile

• High school diploma; university studies in Business Administration or Engineering preferred.
• At least one year of experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Valid forklift operator certification.

Required skills

• Basic use of Microsoft Office 365.
• Fundamental knowledge of SAP.
• Forklift operation.
• Material handling (receiving, storage, issue).
• Use of weighing scales.
