Data360 Sales Specialist

About the role

The Data360 Sales Specialist partners with core Account Executives in the Emerging Business Unit to identify, qualify, and close Data360 opportunities within emerging accounts. You will act as the technical‑commercial expert linking customer data challenges to the Data360 solution.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with EBU AEs to spot accounts with Data360 potential in the existing pipeline.
• Lead discovery, qualification, and account strategy development for Data360 opportunities.
• Present and demonstrate business value of Data360 (zero‑copy data federation, profile unification, Einstein/Agentforce enablement) to technical and business stakeholders.
• Build and execute joint account plans with AE, SE, and CSM.
• Work with Solution Engineering on POCs and technical validations.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in CRM.
• Contribute to GTM strategies and specialist enablement.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling SaaS/enterprise solutions, preferably data, CRM, or AI platforms.
• Track record of exceeding targets in consultative, product‑specialist sales.
• Ability to translate technical concepts (data architecture, integration) into business value.
• Experience working in an overlay/specialist model with core AEs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud/Data360 is a strong plus.
