Delivery Manager - RPO (Hybrid, Chile/Argentina)

About the role

We are looking for a Delivery Manager – RPO to lead end‑to‑end recruitment delivery for a portfolio of complex clients in Chile and Argentina. The role combines strategic client partnership, operational excellence and team leadership to ensure high‑quality service, meet SLA/KPI targets and drive continuous improvement. The position is hybrid, requiring weekly on‑site presence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement workforce solutions aligned with client goals and market conditions.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders and lead Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Oversee full‑cycle recruitment processes, ensure SLA/KPI compliance and drive sourcing innovation.
• Manage budgets, profitability targets and analyse recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire and candidate quality.
• Lead and develop Talent Acquisition Partners, Team Leaders and support staff across multiple programs, providing coaching, performance management and fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Handle client escalations promptly and support bids and proposals with strategic input.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, audit standards and operational policies.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience managing talent acquisition or delivery teams, with P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record of overseeing client relationships and regional operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret recruitment data and market intelligence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fluent in English preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model and travel to client sites weekly.
