Deployment Strategist (Strategic Builder)

About the role

Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists – Strategic Builders who act as customer‑facing advisors, defining AI strategy, shaping agentic solutions, and driving measurable adoption for enterprise customers. You will work with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate complex business challenges into AI deployments that deliver real value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end customer engagements across the full value lifecycle (Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume).
• Define the customer’s Agentic AI strategy, run design workshops, and architect solutions spanning Salesforce’s AI platform, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems.
• Manage delivery timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting.
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics, identifying blockers early and driving value realization.
• Partner closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with technical execution.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud/SaaS.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Prior customer‑facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
• Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform, Agentic AI capabilities, and Data Cloud.
• Ability to lead complex, ambiguous engagements from discovery through measurable outcomes.
