DevOps Engineer – Automation & CI/CD Specialist

About the role

Murex is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate automated platforms that enable reliable, secure, and scalable delivery of the MX platform across SaaS, cloud, and on‑premise environments. You will collaborate closely with development, QA, and client‑facing teams to ensure smooth release cycles and high operational reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting continuous integration, testing, and deployment across multiple environments.
• Automate environment provisioning, configuration, upgrades, and decommissioning using version‑controlled code templates stored in Git.
• Deploy and manage MX environments throughout their lifecycle, ensuring standardisation, reproducibility, and compliance.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to provide end‑to‑end observability of platforms and pipelines.
• Perform root‑cause analysis on incidents and contribute to improving system reliability, SLAs, and operational KPIs.
• Manage environment data lifecycle, including provisioning, masking for non‑production, and database migration tasks.
• Act as a technical escalation point for platform incidents, coordinating with support and product teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing, building, and operating automated DevOps platforms.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts, infrastructure automation, and environment management.
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and incident resolution in a production setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional development and operations teams.
