Director, Future Portfolio & Strategic Partnerships – Oncology LATAM

About the role

Join a global healthcare leader as the Director responsible for shaping the commercial strategy of future oncology assets and strategic partnerships across Latin America (excluding Brazil and Mexico). This senior individual contributor role influences global, regional and market teams to ensure readiness for upcoming launches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and advance the LATAM future portfolio strategy for new and alliance oncology assets.
• Adapt global asset strategies to LATAM-specific regulatory, access, medical, commercial, financial and policy contexts.
• Build launch‑readiness frameworks, including filing milestones, market‑access plans, forecast assumptions and diagnostic dependencies.
• Establish and monitor readiness indicators, reporting progress to market and cross‑functional teams.
• Provide external benchmarks, competitive intelligence and cross‑market insights to inform portfolio decisions.
• Lead through influence across Global, Intercontinental, Regional, Market and cross‑functional teams without direct people‑management responsibility.

Required profile

• Senior professional with extensive experience in oncology commercial strategy or portfolio planning.
• Deep understanding of LATAM market dynamics, regulatory environments and access pathways.
• Proven ability to influence multi‑disciplinary teams and drive strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills.
