E‑commerce Key Account Manager (Chile)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced E‑commerce Key Account Manager to drive growth across our main online sales channels in Chile. You will manage strategic customer relationships, optimise marketplace performance and lead promotional campaigns to meet ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage local e‑commerce channels, including customer acquisition and account management.
• Oversee daily operations and sales performance on marketplaces such as Mercado Libre, Falabella, Ripley, Paris, Amazon, and others.
• Set and achieve channel sales targets (GMV, Net Sales) through strategic planning and execution.
• Maintain product listings, optimise content, control inventory and plan replenishment.
• Plan and execute major promotional events (CyberDay, CyberMonday, Black Friday, etc.).
• Analyse traffic, conversion, advertising effectiveness and propose optimisation actions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance and Customer Service teams.
• Build strong relationships with marketplace partners and identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support new product launches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Trade, E‑commerce, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e‑commerce operations or account management.
• Hands‑on experience with major marketplaces (Mercado Libre, Falabella, Amazon, etc.).
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Experience with e‑commerce platforms: Mercado Libre, Falabella, Amazon, Ripley, Paris.
