Ecosystem Marketing Manager – Cloud Partnerships

About the role

Red Hat is seeking an Ecosystem Marketing Manager to lead joint marketing initiatives with its strategic cloud partners, including AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, and Oracle. The role focuses on designing and executing regional campaigns that drive demand, generate pipeline, and support revenue growth for Red Hat Cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement partner marketing strategies aligned with regional cloud sales priorities and joint business plans.
• Plan, develop, and launch joint demand‑generation programs, digital campaigns, events, workshops, executive briefings, and partner enablement sessions.
• Collaborate with Ecosystem Account Managers, Sales, Alliances, Field Marketing, and Regional Demand Center to adapt global campaigns to local needs.
• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of funds to maximize business impact.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROMI using Salesforce and Tableau.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 8+ years of B2B program marketing experience, preferably in technology, cloud, or partner ecosystems.
• Proven experience working with strategic partners or alliances.
• Strong project‑management, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Portuguese is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
