Encargado de Inventario

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Inventory Manager to work on‑site in Santiago de los Caballeros. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, supporting internal audits and ensuring that products are available when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Record all inbound and outbound merchandise movements.
• Conduct periodic physical counts and reconcile them with system data.
• Maintain order and proper organization of the warehouse.
• Monitor stock levels and alert the team when replenishment is required.
• Prepare basic inventory reports and assist with internal audits.
• Collaborate with purchasing, sales and logistics to guarantee product availability.

Required profile

• Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing or logistics, preferably in high‑volume environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to detect stock discrepancies.
• Good organizational skills and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
• Team‑player with clear communication across departments.
• Reliability, punctuality and availability to work full‑time on‑site.
