About the role

The school nurse provides first‑aid care, promotes health‑prevention practices, and ensures the wellbeing of students within the school community. The role requires close collaboration with external medical partners and adherence to national health regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer first aid following established procedures for any accidents.
• Promote and reinforce accident‑prevention best practices throughout the school.
• Maintain effective communication with the contracted medical institution.
• Organise and catalogue nursing resources and supplies.
• Keep up‑to‑date medical records for students requiring ongoing care or special treatments.
• Develop health‑care procedures for the school community.
• Coordinate and update Ministry of Health vaccination programmes.
• Record and promptly report any accident‑related information to the appropriate authorities.
• Update student health records on the school’s digital platforms.

Required profile
