Executive Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our Executive Search team at BairesDev. In this fully remote position you will identify and attract senior‑level talent for our own organization and for our clients, helping to build high‑impact teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute search strategies to locate executive and senior‑level candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
• Support offer negotiations and manage the placement process.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Expand professional networks and stay current on market trends to improve sourcing effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with executive‑level searches.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with recruiting for the US market.
• Experience working in remote environments.
• Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and candidate assessment abilities.
