FP&A Manager - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train AI models that assist finance teams. You will evaluate AI chatbot answers, test their logic with real‑world scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve model accuracy and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Validate the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance expertise.
• Challenge models with complex, edge‑case scenarios to assess their performance.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to guide model enhancements.
• Design diverse, realistic finance problems and evaluate AI-generated solutions.

Required profile

• Bilingual‑level proficiency in English.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD preferred but not mandatory.
• Independent contractor comfortable working remotely on a flexible schedule.
