About the role

Join Toloka as a freelance AI Trainer and Data Annotator, helping artificial intelligence systems understand and interpret real‑world content. You will work remotely on project‑based tasks that involve reviewing and labeling text, images, or video data.

Key responsibilities

• Carefully examine provided data (text, images, or videos) and assign labels or classifications according to detailed project guidelines.
• Identify and flag content that is factually incorrect, sensitive, inappropriate, or unclear.
• Provide feedback and ask clarifying questions when project instructions are ambiguous.
• Participate in multiple projects as they become available, each with its own compensation structure.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of one year of professional experience in any role.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken.
• Strong logical thinking, fact‑checking, and reasoning abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
• Genuine interest in technology and artificial intelligence.
